Terms of Service

Last updated 11 August 2026.

1. About Forgeport

Forgeport is operated by ANDROS EMIL-ROBERT PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA, a Romanian sole trader, registration number RO43707383 (“Forgeport”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of the Forgeport platform: the console at forgeport.net and every branded Portal hosted on it.

2. Who these Terms apply to

Forgeport serves two kinds of user, and different sections apply to each:

  • An Organization is the business or individual that subscribes to Forgeport to run one or more branded Portals for their game server community. We call the Organization’s staff “you” in the sections about subscriptions, billing, and running a Portal.
  • A Player is someone who registers a Master Account on a specific Portal to buy Portal Coins, link a Game Account, or use that Portal’s features. We call the Player “you” in the sections about accounts, purchases, and in-game delivery.

If a section doesn’t say which it applies to, it applies to everyone using Forgeport in any capacity.

An Organization that enables paid Player purchases acts as a trader toward those Players. It must give Stripe accurate business and public support information, keep it current, and make legally required seller information available to Players. Forgeport synchronizes the seller identity and public contact details that Stripe makes available to the platform; it does not independently verify a second, free-text seller profile. An Organization must not enable paid purchases if it is not legally able to sell the products or services offered on its Portal.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an Organization account, register a Player Master Account, link a Game Account, or make any purchase on a Portal or on Forgeport. If we learn that an account is controlled by someone under 18, we may suspend or close it and, where a purchase was involved, apply the refund rules in Section 7.

You may use Forgeport only where doing so is lawful. You must not use the Service from, for, or in connection with a person or territory where access or payment processing is prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls, or Stripe’s availability rules.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the credentials to your Organization account and, separately, your Player Master Account, and for everything that happens under them. Tell us immediately at contact@forgeport.net if you suspect unauthorized access. A Master Account is separate per Portal; linking a Game Account is optional and requires proving both the Game Account password (verified by the Portal’s own game server, never stored by us) and the Master Account password, plus a one-time email code. Sensitive changes (unlinking, changing your email) go through a short security hold before they take effect, so an attacker who gets your password briefly can still be stopped.

5. What Forgeport provides

Forgeport is software and hosting infrastructure: a branded player portal, a storefront, a wallet, an admin console, and a connector that talks to the Organization’s own game server. We do not operate, own, or control any game server, and we make no promise about a specific game server’s uptime, rules, moderation, or content — that is entirely the responsibility of the Organization running it. Some features only work while the Organization’s game server is online and connected; if it is offline, purchases may be accepted but held for delivery rather than failing outright.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. When Forgeport processes Player data for an Organization, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of the Organization’s agreement with us.

6. Organization subscriptions & billing

Organizations subscribe to a plan (currently Trial, Starter, or Pro) that sets how many Portals, Game Servers, team members, and custom domains are included. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period and are blocked if your current usage exceeds the target plan’s limits. You can cancel or change plans at any time from your Organization’s billing settings. If payment fails, your account enters a grace period before affected Portals become read-only; Players keep read access to their wallet, history, and any purchase already accepted, but new purchases and top-ups are paused until payment is resolved. For this subscription, Forgeport is the merchant of record.

Subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you’ve already paid for. Every Organization gets a free 30-day Trial with the full feature set before paying anything — Trial and paid plans differ only in quota (how many Portals, Game Servers, team members, and custom domains you can use), never in functionality — so you have a real opportunity to evaluate Forgeport before any money changes hands, whether you convert on day one of Trial or day thirty.

Forgeport accounts for taxes for which it is legally responsible on its own subscription fees. The Organization must provide accurate billing country and tax-registration information. The non-refundable rule does not exclude a refund required by mandatory law or for an incorrect or unauthorized charge.

7. Portal Coins, purchases & refunds

Portal Coins are a closed-loop digital balance you can spend inside one specific Portal. They are not a deposit or investment and are not redeemable for cash; they have no use outside that Portal and cannot be transferred to another Portal or another Player. A Player may receive Coins through a paid top-up, a promotional code, a vote reward, a prize, or another Portal feature, and the wallet records all credits and spending.

Who you’re buying from. When you buy Portal Coins or any paid feature on a Portal, your purchase contract is with the Organization operating that Portal, not with Forgeport. The Organization sets its own prices, is the merchant of record, and is responsible for the products and services it offers, customer support for those purchases, invoices or receipts required by law, and any sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax owed on them. The customer-facing seller details Stripe makes available are shown before checkout and in the purchase confirmation. Forgeport provides the software and Stripe integration that makes the transaction possible, and never takes a percentage of what Players pay.

Fourteen-day unused top-up refund. A Player can use the self-service refund function within 14 days after a coin top-up if that top-up remains completely unused. If any Coins attributable to that top-up have been spent, the automatic refund is no longer available for that top-up. This is an all-or-nothing rule; it does not turn later rewards or top-ups into a replacement for Coins already spent. Coins validly spent on delivered products, completed spins, or applied services are not returned merely because the Player changes their mind.

Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK, and some other countries may have mandatory cancellation, conformity, or refund rights. The self-service rule above does not limit a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a right to a different remedy for an unused balance where local law requires one. Such a request must be made to the Organization using the seller contact shown before checkout or in the receipt. Outside any mandatory right and the unused top-up policy above, purchases are final.

Who pays a refund, and how to ask for one. A refund is issued from the Organization’s own payment account and funded by the Organization. Forgeport never receives or holds the money you pay for Portal Coins — it goes directly to the Organization through Stripe — so Forgeport cannot fund it on the Organization’s behalf. Where a purchase meets Forgeport’s automatic unused-top-up policy, the refund is requested from the Organization’s Stripe account when you ask for it; no manual approval is required. You can use the withdrawal/refund function from your player profile or the purchases page linked in your purchase confirmation email. That page is hosted by Forgeport and continues to work even if the Portal itself is unavailable. Claims based on a different mandatory local right must be addressed to the Organization as seller.

Chargebacks & disputes. If a payment is reversed after the coins from it were already spent, your wallet balance can go negative and new spending is blocked until it is settled; we do not automatically take back items already delivered into the game, and resolving that is between you and the Organization.

8. In-game delivery

Purchases are delivered by dispatching a command to the Organization’s game server through our connector. Delivery can be briefly delayed if the target character is offline or the game server is temporarily disconnected. A short delay is not, by itself, proof that delivery has failed. If delivery cannot be confirmed reliably (for example after a crash on the game server’s side), the order is marked for manual review rather than silently retried, and the Organization is responsible for resolving it with you. Nothing here removes a mandatory remedy for digital content or a service that is not supplied, is defective, or does not match its description.

The connector runs on the Organization’s own infrastructure and is configured by the Organization against its own game server. Forgeport dispatches the command and records what the connector reports back; it has no way to inspect the game world and does not independently verify that a purchase took effect there. The Organization is responsible for its own integration — including testing each function before selling against it — and for making good any purchase that its game server did not apply, whatever the connector reported. Again, this does not remove any remedy that applicable law makes mandatory.

9. Vote & Earn, Lucky Slots, bundles and gift codes

Vote & Earn credits Portal Coins for actions we can verify (such as a signed webhook from a vote-listing site), not on the honor system. We and the Organization may cap rewards per account, per device, or per day, and may reverse rewards obtained through fraud or multi-accounting.

Lucky Slots is a chance-based feature that awards items, skills, or Portal Coins from a prize table the Organization publishes. Before a spin, the Portal shows its Coin cost, whether a free spin is available, and the odds for each enabled prize. Results are generated on the server from that published table. Portal Coins and prizes cannot be cashed out, transferred between Players, or traded through Forgeport. Rules and payment-processor policies for paid randomized rewards vary by country. The Organization is responsible for confirming that its configuration and promotion of Lucky Slots are lawful for the Players it serves and permitted by its payment provider. Forgeport or the Organization may restrict or disable the feature where required.

Bundles and gift codes are Products defined by the Organization; any per-account or per-code limits they set are enforced automatically, and a code can only be redeemed once.

10. Character services

Services such as character rename or gender change are applied in the game once paid for and cannot ordinarily be technically undone through the refund function after the change has been applied. On some game servers the change is queued and applied the next time the character is in the world. A requested name may still be refused by the game server itself — for example because it is already taken or not permitted — after the order has been placed; the Organization is responsible for resolving that with you. This does not exclude a remedy that applicable law makes mandatory for a service that is not supplied correctly.

11. Content, conduct & moderation

If you set a nickname, avatar, or post content (including an Organization’s news posts), you are responsible for it. Don’t use content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, impersonates someone else, or infringes another person’s rights. We and the Organization running a given Portal may remove content, reset profile fields, or restrict access to enforce these Terms.

An Organization must not use Forgeport to offer unlawful or processor-prohibited products, unlicensed gambling, deceptive promotions, infringing game content, malware, sanctions evasion, or any product or service for which it lacks the required rights, licences, registrations, age controls, or geographic restrictions. It must comply with Stripe’s rules for every payment it accepts. Forgeport may pause listings, purchases, a feature, or an entire Portal while investigating a credible legal, safety, intellectual-property, or payment-compliance concern.

To report specific illegal or infringing content, email contact@forgeport.net with the exact Portal and URL, the content at issue, why you believe it is unlawful or infringing, your name and contact details, and a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate. We may forward the notice to the affected Organization, preserve relevant evidence, restrict the content while reviewing it, and notify the affected party of our decision unless the law prevents us from doing so.

12. Game content & intellectual property disclaimer

Forgeport is independent software infrastructure. We do not own, distribute, or grant rights to any third-party game’s assets, code, or trademarks (for example Lineage II and related marks belong to their respective owners; Forgeport and the Organizations using it are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to those rights holders). Each Organization represents that it has whatever rights or permissions it needs to operate its own private game server and the content shown on its Portal, and is solely responsible for that server’s compliance with the game publisher’s terms and applicable law.

13. Our intellectual property

The Forgeport name, brand, and the underlying software are ours. Subscribing to Forgeport gives you a license to use it to run your Portal — it doesn’t transfer ownership of the platform to you. Content you or your Organization upload (logos, artwork, news posts, product descriptions) remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to host and display it as part of your Portal.

14. Availability & changes to the Service

We work to keep Forgeport available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves. We’ll use reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting paid functionality without notice. A feature may also be unavailable in a country, on a Portal, or for a payment account because of local law, sanctions, technical compatibility, or a third-party provider’s rules.

15. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an Organization or Player account for violating these Terms, fraud, abuse of the platform, non-payment after the grace period, or a legal requirement to do so. An Organization may suspend or ban Players on its own Portal for violating its community rules; doing so does not remove a Player’s right to their wallet history, data, or the rights described in our Privacy Policy. Archiving a Portal removes it from your workspace and makes it unreachable to Players immediately. It can be restored during the following 30 days; after that its content is deleted for good. Financial and audit records tied to it are kept longer, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Review and termination by Forgeport. We may place a Portal or an entire Organization under review at any time — including on our own initiative, on a report from a Player or a third party, or on any reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal activity, or a breach of these Terms. While under review the Portal is unavailable to Players and no new purchases can be made. We do not have to prove a breach before doing this; a reasonable suspicion is enough, and a review is not a finding. We will tell the Organization’s owners, in writing, what is under review and why.

We reserve the right to terminate a Portal or an Organization at the end of a review, or immediately where the conduct warrants it. Termination ends the Portal, disconnects its game servers, and — where a whole Organization is terminated — cancels its subscription without further charge. It does not end anyone’s eligibility under Section 7 or any mandatory local right: a Player inside the automatic refund window can still submit a request for as long as that window is open, and it remains the Organization’s to fund. Players holding a refundable purchase are emailed when a Portal is terminated, on the same terms as any other closure below. Nothing in this section obliges Forgeport to monitor Portals, and not acting on one matter is not a waiver of the right to act on another.

If an Organization stops operating its Portal. An Organization may close its Portal at any time, and Forgeport cannot prevent it. If that happens while you are still inside the 14-day window described in Section 7, automatic refund eligibility is unaffected: the purchases page hosted by Forgeport keeps working, and you can submit the request there for as long as the window is open. We will email everyone holding an eligible purchase when a Portal closes, at the address on their account. Because Forgeport never holds the money, it cannot issue automatic refunds after that window closes, and it cannot pay them itself if the Organization’s payment account has no funds. Coins that are already spent, or bought more than 14 days earlier, are not eligible under the automatic policy and do not survive the Portal; any separate mandatory claim remains against the Organization.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Forgeport is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under the law that protects you as a consumer.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forgeport’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you (or your Organization) paid to Forgeport in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not reduce any statutory right you have as a consumer. It also does not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a data-protection obligation where exclusion is prohibited by law.

18. Indemnification

An Organization agrees to indemnify Forgeport against claims arising from its game server’s content, its use of third-party game intellectual property, its tax obligations as merchant of record for its own Players’ purchases, and its violation of these Terms or applicable law.

19. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a right to bring proceedings in another court that the law of your country of habitual residence gives you.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Forgeport changes. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date; material changes will also be announced in-product before they take effect where reasonably possible. We will ask for affirmative acceptance where applicable law requires it. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.
